Spoke Guard Example File Attachment

When ordering a personalised wheelchair spoke guard, you need to send us a picture or file which you wish to be printed on the spoke guard. The file types we are able to use are : JPEG, GIF, PDF, PSD, TIFF and EPS. We recommend the image quality should be at lease 300 dpi (dots per inch) and with an image size of atleast 200x 200mm. As this file can be large, if you do not have broadband internet, you can burn this image onto CD and send it to our address:

16 Bridgegate Business Park,
Gatehouse Way,
Aylesbury,
Bucks,
HP19 8XN.

If you are having trouble follow these simple sterps in how to produce, save and attach a picture to your email.

Step 1- Create or find a picture that you wish to be printed on your spoke guard

Step 2- Open this image in a image editor (Paint shop, Microsoft Draw, Publisher)

Step 3- In this software look at the image information (In paint shop simply click on 'Image' at the top of the screen and click 'Image information' this will then tell you about the DPI and the image size. If this is below the recommended quality or size, try and find another picture. (if this is not available it is still possibe but the spoke quard quality will not be as good.

Step 4- If the quality is well above the recommended (phraps a picture rom a digital camera etc) then you cn lower the quality by clicking 'Image' again then going to 'Resize', this will then give you the option to resize the image. Below is a saved picture that is 500x400pixels (This is really the smallest sized picture you can send, unless the DPI is very large as this mean the picture would be very high quality)

Step 5- Now simply save the picture as one of the above file types, to do this click 'file' then 'save as' then a screen will open, simply open the scroll down menu at the bottom of the screen and choose the desired file type (Jpeg is the better option). Click save and the file has been changed.

Then the spoke guard would look as the one does at the top oif the page!!!

Step 6- Open your emails then click compose a new email, and simply click 'Add attachment' then find where you have saved your newly svaed file and open it. The email is now ready to send. Simply send the email and attachment to:
sales@mobilityzone.co.uk

You have now sent your image, if there is a problem with it we will contact you, or if you have any trouble in sending the picture simply ring us at 01296 710023.
