Most wheelchair users qualify for VAT exemption (zero rating) on the basis that they have a long term chronic condition that neccesitates the use of a wheelchair. Simply complete, sign and return the VAT form sent to you with your receipt and the VAT charged during the order process will be credited back to you. Alternatively, contact us by phone and we will send you the VAT exemption form beforehand. Providing that we are in receipt of this before the order is processed, we simply charge you the ex VAT amount from the outset.
